(IMPORTANT NOTE: unless otherwise noted, ALL records are graded visually, and NOT play-graded!; we grade records under the strong, diffuse room light or discrete sunlight)

(b)          WE GRADE THE VINYL AS STRONG VERY GOOD+ . CAUTION: The vinyl is NOT MINT or NEAR MINT, but is nevertheless in a very nice and clean condition. There are some surface marks and abrasions, mostly light and superficial, although some may be longer than 1.1/4 inches (1 inch = 2.5 centimeters)

(c)           The album comes with the original extras (posters, inserts, etc) as listed above (see the yellow section)

(d)          The record comes in the original stock inner sleeve.

(e)           The record has a "deep groove" (an indent in the label about 1/2-inch from the edge of the label, which on SOME labels is associated with very early or first pressings).

(f)            The record is apparently pressed on a beautiful, thick, inflexible vinyl, which was usually used for the first or very early pressings. Usually, the sound on such thick vinyl pressings is full-bodied, vivid, and even dramatic. Do not expect to obtain such a majestic analog sound from a digital recording!

(g)          Mono pressing of this title is much rarer, and by far more preferable to its stereo counterpart. We think that the mix is more natural, humane, "organic" and that the mixes are somewhat different than on the stereo version. We estimate that stereo copies of this album outnumber mono pressings by a ratio of at least 10:1.

(h)          Stock (commercially released) stereo copies of this promo set are NOT known to exist. However, the stock mono copies of the album do, in fact, exist.

(i)             Of course, this is a full-bodied ANALOG recording, and not an inferior, digital recording!!!

·       COVER (ORIGINAL ALBUM JACKET)

(the original album jacket is EXCELLENT TO NEAR MINT with only minor ring wear and name of previous owner written on front panel, about 1.1/2 x ½ inch in size)

·       COVER (BOX WITH ALL EXTRAS)

THE BOX IS ABOUT VERY GOOD (VG) TO VERY GOOD+ (VG+).

The following flaws or imperfections are noted on the cover:

-         The top (lid) and the bottom (tray) have completely separated along the spine

-         Box has a visible "wrinkle"(crease) in one of the corners.

-         Box has some writing on its back side (name of the previous owner written in blue ballpoint pen, about 1 x 1 inch in size)

-         Box has some visible fraying/tattering on the spine and all four corners (ODDLY, NONE OF THE CORNERS HAVE SEPARATED / SPLIT – YET.)

-         Box has some light ring wear (nothing significant); On the scale from 1 to 10 (1 being the least, and 10 being the most severe), we assess the severity of ring wear as 3

-         The Box has a few tiny scratch marks on the front side

-         Minor writing (nothing signifiacant) noted on the inside of the bottom (tray) part of the box.

NO OTHER IMPERFECTIONS ON THE BOX:

-        No cut-out (drill) holes.

-        No cut-out corners

-        No saw-marks or indents

-        No dirt/dust rubbing stains (friction marks caused by rubbing against other covers)

-        No yellowing from aging

-        No stamps

-        No peel-off marks

-        No stains

-        No mold or mildew spots

-        No stickers or labels

-        No water damage

-        No warping

-        No wax, glue, paint or liquid drops on the cover

-        No bar codes

-        No RIAA stamps or stickers.
