Nino Ferrer was an Italian-born French singer,songwriter painter & author.He starded playing double bass in a Jazz trio in 50s.. Perhaps best known for a string of a comedic hits in the 60s and in Italy for RnB protest songs such as La Pella Nera..N.Ferrer had a complicated relationship with music industry,feeling his public persona & recognition at odds with his artistic aspirations.His 1975 classic : Le Sud exemplifies this relationship : A million selling single in France,its sucess eclipsed the English language album it was taken from : Nino and Radiah,which only enjoyed cult status!!!!
Vinyl in great shape,no hairlines or scuffs and plays nice all the times!!! Cover have small damage on a corners,small folds front/back,one "large" on top left back;Small wears front/back due a storage;Minor used on bootom edge. Printed lyrics inner sleeve.
