NIRVANA - HERE SHE COMES NOW - SPLIT 7" SINGLE - TURQUOISE VINYL - MINT AND RARE

DESCRIPTION - This is an opportunity to bid for a fantastic Nirvana rarity. This is a split release with the Melvins, with each band covering a Velvet Underground song. Nirvana perform a very sweet version of Here She Comes Now, whilst The Melvins take on Venus in Furs. The fold out sleeve continues the Velvets theme with the Nirvana side a pastiche of White Light/White Heat, and The Melvins' a version of the Velvet Underground & Nico.

This record was a limited released on Communion Records in 1991 (cat no. Comm 23) in a variety of different coloured vinyls - this one is turquoise/aqua coloured.

The record is in mint condition, it has been played only a handful of times. The sleeve is in similar condition with only the merest hint of ring wear showing on the dark nirvana side of the paper sleeve. The record comes in plastic sleeve for protection.

I have owned this record from new and it has been in my collection for 13 years. For the (ahem) record it was bought in Rock-a-Boom records in Leicester.

This a chance for a real fan to get hold of an increasingly rare piece of Nirvana's back catalogue for a reasonable price (I've seen one of these on a well known collector's record web-site for sale for £140+!).

POSTAGE - The record will be sent out on receipt of an acceptable method of payment. The record will be sent via Royal Mail using Recorded Delivery securely wrapped within a padded envelope. The cost of postage and packing will be £2.00. If the winning bidder wishes to pay for insurance to cover more than £28 protection that recorded delivery offers that will be a little extra.
