Great album from my personal collection.  I bought it in Austin TX in the mid 90s.  I was huge Nirvana fan at the time and was always looking for rare recordings. I found this at Sound Exchange and have coveted as a one of a kind item ever since. The recording is from a live show, but the sound quality is awesome. 
This is great find for a Nirvana fan.
The record sleeve shows some wear from being moved through various apartments, but it was always stored indoors and handled with care. The record itself is immaculate.  Please see pictures to evaluate condition. You are receiving the item in the picture.
