SIMPLY VINYL RECORDS' 1998 limited edition 180g virgin vinyl pressing SVLP 0038 from the United Kingdom.
Comes in a "Heavy Quality" flexible PVC plastic outer case inscribed "Simply Vinyl".

There are also two silver stickers on the PVC outer case. A square one on the front top right of the PVC sleeve (partially covered by the retailer's price tag) and a round one sealing it on the back.
Says www.simplyvinyl.com at the bottom centre of the main sleeve's back cover.
