on very rare limited edition 2004 German promo reissue 7" in card picture sleeve with paper labels 

( this 2004 issue is slightly different to the 2014 record store day issue, the sleeve has 'For Promotional Use Only' on the reverse & a different catalogue number  )

released on Geffen / Sub Pop Records NIRVPRO-3  in 1994

The condition of record is near mint ( has very mild dishing but plays through fine ), sleeve is near mint .

Europe Royal Mail Airmail International Tracked / Signed For £12.00.

Rest Of The World Royal Mail Airmail International Tracked /Signed For £14.00.
