NIRVANA - THE STORY OF SIMON SIMOPATH
Excellent condition copy of this 1967 UK 1st press psych classic with brilliant stereo audio quality.

A solid very good plus (VG+) condition (many would grade as "excellent" I am sure) jet black sheen vinyl with just a few small and extremely faint paper scuff marks/lines and very light wispy hairlines on each side, along with some tiny dulling/shadow marks - all only really detectable with close inspection under a bright light and with the vinyl tilted to the right angle, and certainly nothing feelable or below the surface - all superficial, as borne out by the superb stereo sound quality. Excellent (EX) condition clean, crisp very 1st press pink Island "bullseye" and circular deep groove labels - unmarked apart from a few very faint and barely discernible spindle trails adjacent to the centre whole on each label. Laminated very good plus (VG+) condition 1st press outer sleeve with all of the beautiful and iconic art work, colours and text remaining crystal clear and vibrant. The edges, including the very thin 1st press spine, remain firm with some mild intermittent scuffing on each of the top and bottom edges, slightly more noticeable next to the bottom corners. There is no laminate lifting, just a couple of non-obvious small and very light laminate creases next to the edges, and a couple of very light handling/shelf wear marks...nothing really. This 1st press gatefold is notorious for it's fragility so it is unusual to come across one in as impressive condition as this. Excellent (EX) STEREO audio quality with no skips, jumps, repeats, sticks, rotational clicking, interference, or distortion and any background crackle is only occasional and at an absolute minimum - negligible. You might come across the very occasional and very light background click on side 2 but this is only due to the odd speck of dust being caught in the grooves through decades of storage. Great tone with crystal clear vocals and instrumentation and every track remaining a great listen. Comes with original (I believe) plain white die cut sleeve (I always supply a brand new poly-lined inner sleeve).
Eminently presentable psych gem with great stereo sound quality making this copy highly collectable. POSTAGE COSTS :

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
