Condition: Very good (though the original clear plastic sleeve has a few splits in the seams)

3. Aneurysm (a different version to the one on ‘Insecticide’)
Apart from a very limited Czech release of ‘Nevermind’ (500 copies), this German release of ‘Teen Spirit’ is the only official picture disc to use Kirk Weddle’s classic image from the ‘Nevermind’ album cover.
