Title: Nirvana / Live in New York Condition: MTV live album on Geffen GEF 24727. Released in 1994. Beatiful white vinyl. I purchased this new and played twice on a high-end turntable. Vinyl remains as new, and has been stored in a Japanese rice paper sleeve since purchase. Cover is also M- except for 1/2" of seam damage near the album title on spine (please see photo). Comes with inner sleeve, which looks very nice and is without creasing, but does have clean 1" splitting on sides. Record has been stored in Japanese rice paper inner sleeve. Nice condition all around. 
Records are professionally packaged (double boxed if over $50 purchase price) and sent by US Media Mail using mailers from Bags Unlimited. I will send the record as promptly as I am able; however, due to work constraints I can only post records 2 times weekly. PLEASE NOTE: I package records to arrive in stated condition; however, I cannot guarantee the condition of sealed vinyl. I will be happy to open and confirm the perfect condition of the vinyl before shipping if requested. Sealed records can only be returned in sealed condition. Thanks!
