Description
This is a very rare "unofficial" release by Nirvana on PINK VINYL: the 1991 Karst Records (home of the donkey show) release, "Beauty and Power EP", and it is #96 out of 100 pressed. While the first edition was on black vinyl with a red label, it was limited to 2000 copies, this was a pressing a bit later of only 100. Its a 7" played at 45, though it says 33rpm, and has 3 songs "Happy Hour" is listed as the first song on Side One but is actually "If You Must", originally released on various bootlegs ("Outcesticide" and "Demos and Sessions" among others), it was finally released official (the demo version) on Nirvana's box set "With The Lights Out". The second song on Side One is "Downer", from their 1989 debut "Bleach". Side Two is the song "Hairspray Queen", eventually released on "Incesticide". This is a great EP, and looks unplayed (though I have played it once upon purchase and now, years later, before I posted it here). The label on the record on both sides is plain white, Side One having 96/100 written in ink on it. The cover is a fold over with no tears, ratting, but does have something on the back in a couple of small spots of unknown origin and some finger prints. Its printing seems to be very delicate and adhesive to handling, so I've marked it as VG though it really looks newish aside from the above mentioned spots. Great vinyl from a sadly short lived but historic and well loved eternal band. Love Live Kurt Cobain! If you are concerned about the condition, warped or broken or whatever, we can open it for you before mailing it, and if anything is wrong, we'll notify you and you can decide how to proceed. In the case of a warp etc, we will refund you completely, but only if we open it and see the issue before it mails. This is for our financial protection as well as yours.
