Format:12" Vinyl EP - The cover was signed by Kurdt Cobain. David Grohl signed for all 3 Drummers. It reads " Positively Broke - David Channing Peters. This took place in the early 90's at the Music Store called Positively 4th Street, Olympia, WA You can look up "Who is who in Nirvana history" on google for more information.
