All 14 Sides: NM++ 7 LPs have never been played. Removed from box and inner sleeves for first time to capture early stamper detail noted above. All records are deep black with high gloss and NO scuffing.
Jacket Grading: NM++ Unboxed for first time to capture photos for listing. Corners are super sharp. All box seams/edges are sturdy, intact and in beautiful condition. Art & photo colors are deep/rich with no signs of aging. Please review the high resolution close-up photos that I've provided. Overall:
NM++ Pristine and nearly perfect in every way. All 7 LPs are unplayed. This is a (truly!) rare set of Weingartner performances, recorded over a 12 year period from 1926 to 1938 in halls of superb acoustical quality in Vienna and London. They were highly sought by music lovers on Columbia 78 shellacs before being lovingly transferred to the LP format. The metal molds (mothers) were made directly from the master matrices which were derived from the original wax recordings.
Shipping: I use a precise scale when calculating final postage to eliminate all unnecessary shipping expenses. I am always happy to combine auction items and will do everything I can to reduce the final cost of items you purchase from me. All LPs are secured with bubble-wrap and carefully placed in proper mailers with specialized cardboard inserts for reinforcement. The LP will be shipped in its inner sleeve, stored outside of the record jacket to avoid damage in transit. With multi-record box sets, I typically place additional materials inside the box (tissue, thin sheet of bubble wrap, etc.), further stabilizing contents to reduce movement during shipping. At the buyer's request, I will ship LPs outside of box, but this may add to the weight/dimensions thereby increasing postage. Note: This is an item that is out of print or considered a collectible. Returns can only be made if the item is not as described. Bidder has 7 days upon receipt to inform me. I will issue refund once item is in hand, and confirmed to be in the exact same condition as pictured in original. THIS MEANS SEALED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED SEALED & ANY UNPLAYED RECORDS MUST BE RETURNED UNPLAYED. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. My shipping is nonrefundable.
