Record Grading:

Side 1:  NM+ with strong shine.  Record has never been played.

Side 2:  NM+ with strong shine.  Record has neverbeen played.

Jacket Grading:

VG++ Great condition.  Corners are still sharp and jacket has great shine/luster.  No rubbing or wear on spine or title.  All seams are 100% intact with no fraying.  I'm a strict grader, especially on jackets, and have marked down from NM due to small 1 inch evidence of tape reside on middle/left side of back cover.  This was from a personalized invitation that the artist had taped to the album as a gift to the original owner.  I captured this in one of the included photos. 

Overall:

This beautiful and rare record is in almost perfect condition.  The LP has never been played.  It was removed from inner sleeve for first time to take these pictures.  

Shipping:

All LPs aresecured with bubble-wrap and carefully placed in proper mailers withspecialized cardboard inserts for reinforcement. The LP will be shipped itsinner sleeve stored outside of the record jacket to avoid damage in transit.

This is an item that is out of print or considered a collectible. Returns can only be made ifthe item is not as described. Bidder has 7 days upon receipt to inform me.  I will issue refund once item is in hand, and confirmedto be in same condition as pictured in original.
