About This Record. This is an original USA copy of Love's killer 45rpm featuring "A House is Not a Motel" b/w "Alone Again Or" two of their best songs Top vinyl copy. (see photos).
Please see my other LPs I have listed or will be listing for sale. All LPs except SEALED LPs come cleaned on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine.

Inserts Comes cleaned in a new Rice Paper equivalent sleeves.
Vinyl: Near Mint (NM). Top copy.
Label Condition: Very Good (VG). Writing and a sticker on one side of labels.

All my records come carefully packed after I clean them on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place them in a new rice-paper sleeve so they will be ready for you to play.
Vinyl Grading: My grading [Cover/Vinyl] F/G-/G/G+/VG-/VG/VG+/EX-/EX/EX+/NM/Sealed. Records are visually graded unless otherwise indicated because some of these blues recordings, are by nature, not the best recordings and everybody has a different point of view about what a NM looking records plays like when the source are old recordings that themselves have crackle, etc.
