Description

This auction includes a 1973 original release of PINK FLOYD, "The Dark Side of The Moon" vinyl record album.  This Original Master Recording was done by The Gramaphone Company for Capitol Records. This thicker than normal vinyl record has a catalog number of MFSL 1-1017.  It comes in a plastic sleeve and a book style cover, including original (opened) cover shrinkwrap for further protection.
My older brother was the original owner of this item and my family's typical practice was to only play vinyl once for recording to tape. In all, I estimate this disc has been played a maximum of 5 times, and always on an audiophile-quality turntable. Under recent visual inspection, it does not appear to have any warping and no surface scratches are evident.
Referring to the eBay Vinyl Grading Guidelines, I estimate both the vinyl and sleeve are Near Mint.
