Description

Van Halen Vinyl Record  ~ Balance ~   Up for sale is this Fantastic Rare Copy of Van Halen's "Balance" album.  Vinyl is gorgeous & play tested.  There are a couple very, very light needle marks, (one on each side), not audible whatsoever, and the only thing keeping me from grading this Mint.  Sleeve has no splits, tears, but does have some minor creases and a very light shelf ring.  The sleeve, honestly, looks better than the pictures portray, just wanted to be completely transparent on the sleeve condition.  All in all, a very nice copy!!
