Record -- Mint- : This Vinyl shines like glass; it has no visible scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds wonderful when played. It has white promo/sample labels on each side with a set of Japanese writing on saying ??? Sample.

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card cover. This has no splits, rips or seams coming undone. On the top edge of the cover is a small red sticker with white writing, this says that this is a??? Sample Article.

Obi Strip -- EX++ : The original obi strip, this has no rips, tears or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 2 Insert : Two original inserts which are both 1 page 2 sides. The first has a track listing in English and Japanese, the lyrics and some information in Japanese, this has no creases, rips or tears, but has yellowed very slightly through age and humidity. The second insert has the lyrics and credits on in English, this has no problems.
