Description
Here is a CLASSIC vintage Beatles album offered up for sale: The Beatles 1968 self titled "The Beatles" or also known as "The White Album" this is a 1971 pressing on the Beatles' own Apple label SWBO 101 (Stereo), has heavy vinyl and LA mastering stamp in dead wax. This album is complete, with embossed gatefold cover, still has original poster, four photo inserts and white inner sleeves. The cover has shelf wear but looks minimally handled and discs look rarely played, hard to find discs in this condition, WOW!
The records grade NEAR MINT, are both super clean and glossy, near pristine looking discs, both look rarely played, no visible spindle wear! PLAY TESTED, both discs play from start to finish with excellent sound quality!
The gatefold cover rates VG+, would rate higher but it has a 1" split/tear at opening edge that was neatly glued closed. This 47 year old cover still has bright white with gloss and no ring wear, edges and corners with minimal handling wear but had small scrape and partial seam splits at opening that were neatly re-glued, no tape, binder edge is EX and readable, has a couple very light spot stains on front and some light linear indents to slick (unnoticeable), has had minimal handling wear overall!
ALL inserts are NEAR MINT, poster is clean and bright and looks unhung, photos perfect, all look rarely handled! (see all photos)
Will be shipped in a .3ml plastic outer sleeve inside a secure record mailing box with tracking number. This item will be double boxed for extra protection.
