Description
Here is a vintage lp album from my collection offered up for sale: Curtis Mayfield's 1972 album "Superfly", released on his own Curtom Records label CRS 8014, a 1st pressing on heavy vinyl and Bell Sound in dead wax, di-cut gatefold cover, printed inner sleeve, looks rarely played, has been VERY well cared for! This album was one of the first soul concept albums and featured socially aware lyrics set to a Psychedelic Funk style, ex: "Pusherman" song, fantastic music!
The vinyl rates NEAR MINT, is super glossy and clean, pristine looking, looks rarely played! This record has been PLAY TESTED and plays from start to finish with excellent audio quality, minimal surface noise, a very enjoyable listen!
The cover rates EX/NEAR MINT, is super clean and bright with no ring wear, edges and corners are EX and solid, no splits, no tape, di-cut part excellent, just a bit of wear to color on one edge, no signatures or writing, looks minimally handled! Inner sleeve has one center split neatly taped. (see all photos)
Will be shipped in plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will be shipped in "throw away" paper sleeve outside cover to prevent cover/sleeve splits.
