NME-Unholy Death 1986 US LP LSR Records BURNINHELL1: Quite a unique story surrounds this one; with founding member Kurt Struebing having spent 12 years in prison for the bizarre murder of his step mother, and ultimately getting out to die in an equally bizarre drawbridge accident. The music here somehow nicely compliments the backstory, with this record being a noisy off-kilter take on Venom and Hellhammer. This was released on a subsidiary label of Dutch East India and a contemporary release of the Pentagram debut and Joe Hasselvander solo album. The vinyl and outer jacket are in excellent archive condition, as is the included lyric insert. VG++/VG++
