WOW!! What an absolute pleasure it was to listen to. Great sound reproduction TURN IT UP!!!
She has just a few incredibly light marks to her-more visible when angled towards the light, but I didn't notice anything significant on playback, in fact I noticed BARELY ANY background noise!...Even the run-ins were as close to silent as you would hope for...MAGICAL!
I did notice a very soft and brief revolutionary ‘shh’ inbetween tracks 1 & 2 on side 1 nut I didn't find it troubling at all and you really had to listen out for it...Certainly not noticeable during the playing of the tracks.
Clean and clear highs with wonderful cavity shaking deep bass...simply gorgeous.

Gorgeous deep red UNBOXED DECCA Mono labels.
NO WRITING!
No central hole wear of note, just a handful of incredibly light spindle marks (please see the detailed photo's)..Only noticed when angled towards the light and looking for them.
As usual for the 1st pressings, Richards credit is misspelt as "Richard."
NOW then....The really special thing about this VERY EARLY 1ST pressing, is the absence of the DECCA groove. This groove was faded out by 1968.
A lovely example.

SUPERB gatefold white/cream cover with gold bordering. There are ONLY some tiny fingers of spidering emanating from the edges! NO crescents to the front or back of this gorgeous laminated gatefold cover...INCREDIBLY WELL LOOKED AFTER.

Lovely strong corners too, with the vibrant inner picture. No feathering to the opening.
