NEAR MINT / NEARMINT

Fantastic 1969 Beatles UK LP. This was the Beatles' 12th LP, released on the 26th September. It was also the last official Beatles release that was recorded by them. Staying at number one for almost 18 consecutive weeks, it was only knocked off by The Rolling Stones' "Let It Bleed."

This little beauty is an EXPORT copy which was pressed during the "Oil Crisis" (starting in Oct 1973 and lasting until March 1974)and also during the record plant dispute in the UK, so this album was farmed out to France for pressing, to then return to sell in the UK.

Lovely vinyl, I can see it has just the lightest of light, wispy couple of marks, with nothing at all to affect playback.

I just enjoyed listening to her all the way through

Certainly NO SKIPS OR JUMPS.

High peaks and low bass-TERRIFIC!

As The Beatles wanted you to hear them.

Superb, dark labels in line with these really quite unusual and rarer pressings.

VERY HARD to see ANY spindle marks-with no hole wear!!

"Made In France by Pathe Marconi"

but also:

"Mfd. in U.K." on both sides.

The outer text begins: "Apple Records all rights.." text.

VERY, VERY NICE LABELS!!!

The last credit for "The End" has "HER MAJESTY" on the Side 2 label...AND EACH title (End & Majesty) has Northern Songs credit!!

The cover of this LP is lovely, with only 2 very small crescent spidering points as well as some small fingers of spidering emanating from the seam.

There aren't ANY splits/tears or writing.

Strong, sharp corners.

The spine is white and strong.
