** 1969 A1/B1 VERY FIRST PRESSING OF UK STARLINE LABEL WORLD WILDLIFE FUND COMPILATION LP - INCLUDING THE BEATLES **
** THE BEATLES CONTRIBUTION IS THE ALTERNATE VERSION OF "ACROSS THE UNIVERSE", WHICH IS DIFFERENT TO THE ONE ON THE "LET IT BE" LP. THIS WAS THE ONLY ORIGINAL UK ISSUE OF THIS VERSION OF THIS TRACK
An Excellent condition disc. Shiny lustrous vinyl. One or two very faint hairline marks can be seen under a strong light, from where the record has been taken out of its sleeve over the years, but these cause no sound issues. Hardly any visible centre spindle marks. No skips, jumps, warps, sticking, scuffs, scratches, or writing on labels. Both labels in very clean condition. Superb sound quality throughout, with hardly any surface noise. A very listenable LP. Tested on a Thorens turntable.
Laminated Sleeve, with original flipback design is in Excellent condition. Very little wear or imperfections. No seam splits. No writing anywhere. No tears. No rips. Spine in excellent condition, with all text still clearly legible.
Supplied in original white inner sleeve, which is in excellent condition, with no creasing, writing or seam splits, but it does have some age-related discolouration..
GRADING:
All records are graded using the 'Record Collector' format:
MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
