Shipping & Handling:
Air Mail (14-21 day delivery on average, no tracking, no insurance)
World wide (most countries):
$5.00 for one CD/DVD, and only $2.00 for any additional CD/DVD. If you purchase a 2 CD set for example, it will naturally count as 2 CDs ($5.00 + $2 for shipping, as it's a heavier item and will cost more to send).
EMS (3-7 day delivery on average, with online tracking, insurance)
World wide:
$16.00 for one CD/DVD and only $3.00 for any additional CD or DVD.
Returns / Exchange Policy:
You are welcome to return your goods for a refund, within 21 days of purchase. In order for a refund to be issued, the following terms must be met: the goods must be received at our return location in Japan, in the exact condition they were sent to you (ie. new items cannot be opened or have their seals tampered with in any way). The package must be returned using a method of shipping with tracking (registered mail, for example). This gives you (and us) proof that the item was in fact received at our returns location, before a subsequent refund can be issued. Please also note, that we will issue a refund, minus our original cost of sending the item to you, plus associated eBay costs (approx. 15-18%).
