In the 80s, a type of music began to become popular that was called freestyle (or Latin freestyle). It was artists who were of Latin American descent, or Italian American. The music had hard bass and beats for days. And lots of percussion! There were dozens of acts, some that became pretty big, and others that were pretty obscure. One of the singers that had a couple of really big hits was Noel. Noel Pagan is his full name, but he just went by Noel. The self titled debut album contains his two biggest hits: "Like A Child" and "Silent Morning". Musicians like Noel didn't just want to be played on the radio, they wanted their music in the clubs, as well. So both of these two songs were remixed for nightclubs.

Another freestyle artist from the 80s is a singer named Johnny O, and he had a bangin' hit with a song called "Fantasy Girl". And it's great! If you went to clubs in the mid to late 80s or early 90s, you heard all kinds of freestyle artists, and you DEFINITELY heard Noel and Johnny O! In today's good deal, you'll get TWO records from Noel, including the full length debut album, plus the 12" maxi-single of remixes for the song "Like a Child"; as well as the 12" for Johnny O's "Fantasy Girl".

The debut album from Noel looks fantastic, and is still all shiny and clean! Jacket looking awesome, as well. There is a cut-out notch on the top, but other than that, it basically looks new! The 12" for "Like a Child" from Noel comes in a 4TH &B'Way die-cut sleeve. The vinyl itself also looks great, and still all shiny and clean! Jacket is in really good condition with only a little shelf-wear on the corners and spine, and there's a total of SIX mixes of this great freestyle hit song on here!

Johhny O is represented here with a FIVE mix 12" of "Fantasy Girl", and this one, too, is in incredible shape! The vinyl is shiny and clean and the jacket looks nearly perfect, with only a little bit of shelf-wear on it, mainly on the corners. But only a tiny bit! It's really hard to find these three records in this condition, and you found them here, and TOGETHER! Blast these freestyle 80s classics at your next party or gathering. Watch your friends start tapping their toes, then full on hardcore dancing a few seconds later!
