There seems to be doubt about the authenticity of this single,so I am adding this extra information. 


the tempos 45 is on vinyl the matrix number is (66c-504 a) there is no other writing on the run out,the Lable is glossy and looks as though it was pressed with the Lable.rather than stuck on,there is no monarch delta stamp like they have on west coast pressings.  hope this helps
