The record is in solid VG condition with a fair number of light scuffs and hairlines, but no deep scratches or gouges. Plays very well (some background noise, most notably near the beginning), as evidenced by the sound bite above.
The labels are in VG++ condition with no writing and only a few light scuffs and minor rub wear.
