Description
**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT THE STANDARD BLACK LABEL COMMON RELEASE. THIS IS A NOT FOR SALE DEMONSTRATION COPY DESIGNED FOR RECORD STATIONS AND IS HUGELY RARE ESPECIALLY IN THIS PLAYGRADED CONDITION. IT HAS BEEN WELL LOOKED AFTER IN MY COLLECTION**.
A CLASSIC NORTHERN SOUL DANCER FROM THE TOYS 'BABY TOYS / HAPPY BIRTHDAY BROKEN HEART' WHICH PLAYGRADES AT EXCELLENT PLUS (LISTED SOMETIMES AS MINT MINUS). ORIGINAL 1966 UK PROMOTIONAL / DEMONSTRATION PRESSING ON THE WHITE 'A' STATESIDE LABEL.
NORTHERN / MOTOWN CROSSOVER DANCER. A SUPERB LISTEN.
IVE DECIDED TO SELL SOME OF MY SOUL/R&B/NORTHERN COLLECTION SIMPLY DUE TO RETIREMENT AND DOWNSIZING. ALL THE RECORDS COME FROM MY OWN COLLECTION AND AT LEAST SINCE I HAVE OWNED THEM THEY HAVE BEEN STORED UPRIGHT IN PROTECTIVE SLEEVES IN A SMOKE AND PET FREE ENVIRONMENT.
PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT MY OTHER SINGLES/LPs FOR SALE.
THIS IS A LOVELY PLAYING COPY.
It has survived with only MINIMAL surface scuffing (not affecting sound).
The LABELS ARE EXCELLENT with NO writing and no stickers or tears (see pics for exact condition).
The SINGLE ('A SIDE PLAYGRADED ONLY) PLAYGRADES AT EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) condition and THIS PROMOTIONAL RELEASE (LABELLED DEMONSTRATION RECORD NOT FOR SALE) RARELY COMES UP FOR SALE.
It is supplied in its ORIGINAL STATESIDE COMPANY SLEEVE and a heavy duty poly sleeve for extra protection.
This Promo record virtually never comes up for sale on Ebay in anything other than battered condition.
I grade strictly to the Rare Record Grading System and include a definition of grading below:
Rare Record Collector Grading: EX+ (EXCELLENT PLUS)
EXCELLENT+: Description: The record shows some minor signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. May have the occasional hint of static or crackle but not affecting the music quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
I will ONLY SEND this 'SIGNED FOR'.
I offer a no quibble returns on my vinyl (buyer pays return postage).
Please contact me if any issues asap.
I offer combined postage. Three singles for same price.price rating
