Here We have a new old stock 33 RPM vinyl record album by Doctor Hook and the Medicine show titled "revisited" (previously titled The Best of DR. Hook). No cut out or slits but there is a UPC code that EBAY says is not correct for anything, here it is "07464341471". It looks much better than the bad picture

What you see in the picture is what you will get in the mail. I buy my items at auctions and estate sales so I do not know much about them, other than what I write in the ad. I only collect what the post office says the rates are so the more you buy the cheaper the shipping fees will be.
