Album also contains a copy of the 'Catate' regional punk magazine / flier that came with it (The Cat ate the Dog's Dinner). I bought this album from a friend of the band and he claimed at the time that the writing (in ballpoint pen) on the front of the magazine was one of the band member's (there are some additional 'illustrations' too, reminiscent of the inside of toilet wall - lol). Dunno if that's true. You never know!
RECORD CONDITION: VERY GOOD + (some static crackles indicative of a near 40yr old record that hasnt been played for 20 years). Will clean up beautifully! Album shows little sign of wear.
COVER CONDITION: VERY GOOD+ (a tiny bit of spine and edge wear to the cover but fairly negligible) .
*All of the records I list come from my personal collection of vinyl I have accumulated over 35 years, either from new or bought from friends/acquaintances. I'm not a trader, just a music fan so I'll try and give as accurate descriptions of quality as possible - I have no intention of ripping anyone off! I'm going to be listing these starting with plenty of old 'classic rock' stuff but I have lots of 80s indie stuff too (cos tastes change). As many of these albums havent been played for 20 years they will all need a good clean but they have been stored carefully, upright, in large boxes, and were lovingly treated in the era when I did play my vinyl on a regular basis. Even though I've recently taken my old Sansui turntable outta retirement I'd still like to sell much of my collection off as it's taking up far too much space and sadly doesn't get the attention that it deserves.
I use the basics of Record Collector's Rare Record Prices Guide grading as the the system employed in the condition-grading of vinyl records offered for auction.
