Condition Record/Sleeve: VG/VG  Extra info: KILLER PROG/JAZZ !! Fantastic 1st NUCLEUS album from 1970 !! Original UK 1st pressing  with GIMMIX CUT OUT !! ORIGINAL NUCLEUS albums are a hard find , don't miss out this opportunity !!They were led by Ian Carr, who had been in the Rendell–Carr Quintet during the mid and late 1960s, and was a respected figure in British jazz for more than forty years. Their jazz-based music evolved from an early sound incorporating elements of progressive and psychedelic rock toward combination with a funkier sound in the mid and late 1970s.
 Gatefold  Sleeve:  VG.  Extremely hard to find this sleeve without any issues. Usually the gimmix cutout has some damage. This one has two tears on the die-cut as seen on the picture and on account of that just a VG!! Otherwise this gatefold sleeve is in great shape without creases, writing etc. and sits flat wit perfect shape. A very sharp opening and nice edges.



Vinyl: VG.  Both surfaces retain their original deep, glossy sheen. A SUPERB LOOKING VINYL COPY WHICH WILL PROVE HARD TO BETTER!!! There are a couple of the usual sleeve retraction paper scuff traces. There is one feelable hairline on side A over the last three tracks which produces a number of clicks. On account of that this is VG but would have been EX/EX+ barring that issue. There are one or two very light,short and superficial hairlines on the other side but these have no audio consequence - the record sounds sensational. Outstanding audio delivery in all respects with a crystal clear, deep, rich, warm and detailed sound and on playback at a loud volume (which is how I always listen to my LPs prior to listing and it's always an immense pleasure to return to this one) there is barely any surface noise. Of course, NO skips, NO jumps.
