Condition:
Sleeve: very strong VG+: Shrink wrap still on; almost no denting of edges, NO seam splits, NO ringwear. BB hole in top left is almost unnoticeable. Colors are bright and unfaded. Fantastic!!!
Vinyl: Mint-: Completely unplayed, no marks, no dust, looks and sounds beautiful (hear a clip below).

Here's a very rare Proto-Prog / Hard Psych rarity from Mainstream Records: The Nucleus! This album is pretty wild for its time, sounding much like the burgeoning progressive movement with its complex time changes (and its classic "Egg Cracking" cover). Some super dramatic vocals plus wailing hot guitars, pounding organs to the fore, phasing, the works! This is not for the faint of heart!

I found this LP in a group of cutout Mainstream LPs (see my other auction this week for the LP by the TIFFANY SHADE) in Tennessee recently. It's got the original marked down price sticker on the shrinkwrap (44 cents, sorry, but I think it will go for a little bit more this time!), the cover is fantastic condition with the original shrinkwrap on it and the vinyl is near perfect.
