NUCLEUS Nucleus LP. Mainstream S/6120 Stereo. The Original USA pressing from 1969. The matrix numbers for side A is "S-6120 A" for side A and "S-6120 B" for side B. There are also matrix "KY582"/"KY583" on the area between the last track and the vinyl's label.

The unlaminated single cover and disc are in EX/EX condition. The Cover has no ring wear, one very small (0.5 cm) saw-cut on the bottom right of the front sleeve, no writings, no creases, no tears, no seam splits, no price sticker residues, minimal edge wear, minimal spine wear (text on spine is perfect and fully readable). The Disc has no scratches and plays excellent. The labels has two or three spindle marks and no writings. The original inner sleeve has no writings, no creases, no tears, no seam splits, wear on the opening edge, one very small (0.5 cm) saw-cut on the bottom right.
