Extremely hard to find Nucleus album. Absolutely very scarce these days as most have been bought up now. I hadn't seen one for over two years before this one turned up!! This one is in amazing EX++ to NM condition, an absolute upgrade for most weathered collectors!!

Nucleus were a pioneering jazz-rock band from Britain who continued in different forms from 1969 to 1989. In their first year they won first prize at the Montreux Jazz Festival, released the album Elastic Rock, and performed both at the Newport Jazz Festival and the Village Gate jazz club.

They were led by Ian Carr, who had been in the Rendell-Carr Quintet during the mid and late 1960s, and was a respected figure in British jazz for more than forty years. Their jazz-based music evolved from an early sound incorporating elements of progressive and psychedelic rock toward combination with a funkier sound in the mid and late 70's. This album was produced by the great John Hiseman. It sounds out of thid world!!!

Vinyl: EX++ to NM. I have listened to the full album and am happy to conclude that the audio is simply stunning. The vinyl is the earliest ULTRA heavy quality and has a deep glossy sheen.  A stunning set with superb dynamics and on par with the first few albums. This album has hardly been played, there are no marks or hairlines even under a bright light this looks and sounds NM.

Sleeve: EX++ to NM.  The best I have ever come across for this album. It is simply stunning front and back with a beautiful just over the counter gloss. There is NO wear, NO creases etc. A stunning final upgrade.

Labels: NM. Simply beautiful and unmarked. Lightest spindle traces only.

THE STEREO REPRODUCTION IS SUPERB AND EVERY NOTE IS HEARD CLEARLY AND CRISPLY.  NO MARKS, LIGHT HAIRLINES ONLY,  NONE DEEP, NEEDLESS TO SAY, NO STICKS OR JUMPS!

             This is a unique investment opportunity!!! The next progressive album to go completely through the roof. Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible so late in the day. Get this while you still can. This value of the album is only going to go one way ... up and up ... until it will be totally unavailable at all for a reasonable price.
