Description

We are thrilled and honoured to be offering for sale a number of items from the late Stan Tracey's own personal collection on behalf of his son Clark Tracey. This includes many extremely rare albums, some purchased by Stan during his time in New York, plus test pressings and other gems collected over his lifetime as a musician and composer.
Here we have Nucleus - We'll Talk About It Later, a 1971 1Y/2Y 1st UK press on the very collectable large Vertigo Swirl label.
The vinyl has been Degritter cleaned and has come up spotlessly clean with a good sheen and a few small marks and a couple of hairlines visible on Side A which do not affect playback. No feelable damage. Clean labels with a few spindle trails visible. Graded VG+.
Playback reveals a stunningly wide and dynamic soundstage with great depth. Wonderful instrument separation. The vinyl plays through beautifully with no issues.
The outer diecut envelope sleeve is sadly not in such good shape.  Still holding together but wear to all seams, particularly the spine which has virtually gone ( see photos). Thankfully no ugly tape repairs have been attempted.
The swirl inner sleeve is missing. We have placed the record into a brand new poly lined inner sleeve.
