Description

RARE Pacific NW/Oregon private press lp: JIMMY JAMES - KING JAMES VERSION – Jaro Records JA 82172, 1972. Sought-after NW soul jazz funk lounge exotica with a killer version of War’s “Slippin into Darkness” and an ambitious cover of Horace Silver’s “Song for My Father”.  

Condition is VG+/EX: very clean but does have several areas of groove wear which causes some soft background and occasional ticks, otherwise p[lays great; jacket is very clean, it was still in worn-out cellophane when I got it.
