Description
NYAH SHUFFLE - Stingray / Paradise (Grape GR3021) - 7" - 1970
Well used and somewhat abused original pressing of this rare Grape 7" featuring Nyah Shuffle's Stingray backed by the killer instrumental Paradise. There are light and lightish surface marks, plenty of fine hairlines and light scratches and scuffs plus some more prominent ones - see descriptions below. Please Note - the centre has been removed on this copy.
A-side: Crackly at the start, thereafter there is a smallish improving to very small / small amount of background surface noise with very small, small, and some smallish pops and clicks plus a few more prominent ones. With a heavier stylus there is one small jump near the start, but it plays through fine with a lighter stylus (check clip). Grade - G+/VG- improving gradually to VG
B-side: Crackly at the start, thereafter there is a moderate improving to small / smallish amount of background surface noise with very small, small, smallish and some moderate pops and clicks plus a few more prominent ones. Grade - G/G+ improving gradually to G+/VG- Labels: There is some scuffing and discolouration of both labels (see scan), plus a little faded writing on the B-side label.*** More Roots, Dub and Dancehall 7" & 12" singles and LPs will be listed daily over the next few months ***
