insert included. I bough this vinyl 18 years ago as second hand and played perhaps 5 times. Vinyl looks nice. Some hairlines and light scuffs. Side A plays well with some softer pops on last song and between songs. Side B plays with some pops in B1, B2 and B4. All in all nice condition. Sleeve is worn out and has a ring wear.
