Nadia Boulanger, Dinu Lipatti on 78 rpm HMV Brahms set
This is a set of five discs in N- condition (no album) – catalog numbers DB- 5057, 5058, 5059, 5060, 5061; the last side of 5061 shows a very light hairline crack beginning in the runoff area that will not affect the playing and there are a few tiny rim flakes, also not affecting the playing surfaces. This rare 1937 recording features the playing of Nadia Boulanger, Dinu Lipatti and the vocals of Marie-Blanche de Polignac, Irene Kedroff, Paul Derenne, Doda Conrad, Hugues Cuenod, Nathalie Kedroff and contains the Brahms Liebeslieder Waltzes Op. 52, Duette mit Klavier (4) and Valses Op. 39
