Description
Up for sale is a Nat King Cole record lot! These are all 12" LPs, a total of eight of them.
This listing includes the following records, all of which are stereo except where specified:
"Love is the Thing" (Monophonic) "Nat King Cole Sings/George Shearing Plays" "Nat King Cole at the Sands" "Nature Boy" (Pickwick Records reissue) "Looking Back" "Nat King Cole Sings the Great Songs!" "L-O-V-E" (two copies)
Every record has been tested and plays through without any skips. "Love is the Thing" and "Nature Boy" do not include any paper inner sleeves. "Cole Sings/Shearing Plays," "Looking Back," "The Great Songs," and one of the two copies of "L-O-V-E" still include the original shrinkwrap, though the wrap on "Cole Sings/Shearing Plays" has torn on the front.
"Love is the Thing" has many light scratches, some of which can be felt with a fingernail, and some small scuffs. The jacket shows very little ring wear and has no splits.
"Cole Sings/Shearing Plays" includes the original blue Capitol Records inner sleeve. The record is clean and has only minor scratches with nearly no scuffs whatsoever. The jacket shows absolutely no ring wear that I can see.
"At the Sands" includes the original olive colored Capitol Records inner sleeve. The record is clean and has only minor scratches with nearly no scuffs whatsoever. The jacket shows some mild ring wear but is splitting on the bottom seam.
"Looking Back" includes the original blue Capitol Records inner sleeve. The record is clean and has only minor scratches with nearly no scuffs whatsoever. The jacket shows absolutely no ring wear that I can see.
The copy of "L-O-V-E" that includes the shrinkwrap includes the original orange Capitol Records inner sleeve and has no ring wear to speak of. The other copy has a jacket that is stained and torn, with splitting seams, and includes a plain white inner sleeve with Capitol Records text. Nonetheless, both records are clean and glossy and have almost no scratches, and no scuffs.
Nature Boy has no inner sleeve, but the jacket is excellent with no seam splits or ring wear. The disc has many light scratches, some of which can be felt with a fingernail, and some small scuffs. The jacket shows very little ring wear and has no splits.
Once again, all records have been tested and play through completely with no skips.
