Offered for sale here is a true beauty. An original pressing of Capital Full Dimensional Stereo release SP-8528 (1958): MILSTEIN MASTERPIECES: For Violin and Orchestra f/Walter Susskind conducting The Concert Arts Orchestra . This is a scarce Milstein recording in thorough M- to NM condition throughout.  The outer jacket has only the slightest evidence of handling and wear w/an-off white back, sharp corners and fully intact seams throughout. The inner sleeve too is in fine condition. The vinyl appears flawless. I've done a complete play inspection of each side as well. Though I own a rather modest Audio Technica turntable, I have a fantastic Carver tube amp and high-end PSB speakers as part of my home set-up. At a rather strong volume this sounds superb. There is an occasional light pop in the recording, most evident during silent periods, but certainly no surface noise; it plays as fine as it looks. I've recently acquired a small but wonderful collection of vintage classical and jazz pieces and will be listing a few more in the coming days, as I find the time to audibly evaluate each one. The jacket will be contained in an archival grade poly sleeve and this will be carefully packed and shipped within a custom and sturdy LP mailer.
