Most of these records appear to be in excellent condition. We will look at each one briefly to check for scratches, and determine our best estimate at a condition grade based on standard grading scales. We are not professional record traders, so our condition grading may be significantly off - there will be no returns offered for inaccurate description of condition. Some covers are worn - you should be able to tell from the pictures. Many of the covers have a small sticker on the bottom left of the front. If inserts are available, they will be pictured.

SellTopia.com sells items on consignment, these items are not new unless noted as such. Please look at our images carefully, what you see is exactly what you get unless otherwise noted. If an item is not shown with a box, it does not have a box, if it is not shown with manuals, it does not include them, etc.  Our representations are our best effort to describe the item and although we attempt to list all details we are not experts at evaluating many of the items, so if something is not specified, please ask.  As a policy, we do not answer questions about items after the auction has ended because at that point, you are bound to the terms of the sale.  

HIGH BIDDER RESPONSIBILITIES (please remember to read if you are the high bidder):

If you are the high bidder, please use eBay checkout to complete the transaction. We highly recommend that you pay via Paypal, but money order or bank cashiers check is also accepted.  Paypal is not accepted in some circumstances (at our discretion) - such as in the case of very high $ items or international payments.  We highly recommend that you use the optional insurance - if you do not, we will not accept returns for any reason.   We must receive payment within 5 business days of the end of the auction.  We only accept Paypal from confirmed accounts with verified shipping addresses, bank certified cashiers checks, and money orders. Please make payments out to Selltopia. If payment is not received within five business days of auction close, item will automatically be relisted, and you will get a "NON-PAYING Bidder Strike".   SHIPPING:

Buyer will pay a fixed rate shipping and handling charge for shipping within the continental 48 states. Insurance is optional but recommended.  If you do not chose to insure the item.  We will not accept responsibility for a package, even if it is misrepresented.

We ship via USPS Priority or First class or UPS ground at our discretion - we do not offer shipping upgrades.  We usually ship within two business days of completed payment unless items are difficult to pack, in which case, more time may be needed.  We will not provide tracking numbers.  If you do not receive the item within ten days of payment, please email us for a tracking number.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories not requiring customs pay actual shipping plus $8 handling fee plus estimated cost of packaging materials if more than $5. Please do not ask us for a shipping quote - go here and make your own weight estimate for shipping from zip code 98052 (we do not know the weight of the shipment until it is packed). 

In the rare instance that we misestimate the fixed shipping cost we reserve the right to raise the fixed shipping cost after the fact.  If we do need to increase the shipping cost, you will have the option to not complete the transaction.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

If you purchase two or more items within three (3) days of each other you qualify for a shipping discount. Reduce the shipping cost by $4.00 USD per each additional item.  You will still need to insure each item individually. To take advantage of combined shipping, you will need to request an invoice after you have won all items.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:

We generally discourage international bidders.  If you are an international bidder and you really want to purchase the item, please read and abide by our entire terms or negative feedback will be left! There is absolutely no warranty and no returns on International purchases. Buy at your own risk! 

Handling fees listed below are per purchase and not per item - so if you purchase several items within a 3 day period, you can save on shipping.

Canadian buyers must have feedback of 96% or better and at least 20 positive feedback.  You will be required to pay actual shipping charges plus a $12 handling fee plus the estimated cost of packing materials (if packing materials cost more than $5). If the actual shipping charges cost less than the listed shipping amount, you will be required to pay listed shipping charges plus $12 handling fee.  Please do not ask us for a shipping quote - go here and make your own weight estimate (we do not know the weight of the shipment until it is packed).  When the auction is finished, please email us and specify if you would like the package sent surface or air and we will return a quote for total payment.  Payment is required within 5 business days.  Keep in mind, air shipments can often take over two weeks.  Surface shipments can take two months.  Customs sometimes holds packages for months at a time.  There is no tracking information and once we have shipped a package to international buyers, we are no longer responsible for its contents.  You must pay via USD denominated money order or wire transfer.  Wire transfers will incur an additional $15 processing fee.  On international shipments, Paypal is not allowed, Bidpay is no longer in business.  If you do not accept these conditions, do not bid.

LOCAL BIDDERS:

Sales tax of 8.8% will be added to all items purchased for pickup or shipment within the state of WA.  Sales tax is paid on the gross amount (item + shipping or pickup fees)

You are welcome to come pick up your items ($2 handling fee per item) at our Redmond, WA warehouse to avoid shipping cost; applicable taxes still apply. Items must be paid for within three business days and picked up within five business days after the auction's ending date during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 12:00PM - 7:00PM PST; Saturday 12:00PM-1:00PM). If your item is not picked up within 7 days after the auction has ended, a charge of $1.00 USD per day per item will be added to your final price.  We reserve the right to resell your item 15 days after the close of the auction regardless of whether it has been paid for or not, a refund will not be issued other than new sale price minus our standard consignment fees (maximum amount refunded is the amount paid). SellTopia, in no way offers any warranty or accepts any liability for damages caused by products sold. Some items may be dangerous, and by purchasing the item, buyer is accepting any risk caused by the product whether the items is correctly represented or not. It is our goal to turn every bidder into a repeat buyer.  We follow all seller rules and regulations as dictated by eBay. We do not disclose reserve amounts where present.

We will not accept any returns for any reason if insurance is not paid.  If the merchandise is grossly misrepresented, it is the buyers responsibility to notify us within two business days of receiving shipment. If we give permission for a return, buyer will pay return shipping costs and we must receive item in the condition sent within ten business days.  After we receive the item in it's original condition, at our sole judgment, we will refund the original cost. We will not refund ANY shipping cost. If you do not agree with these terms, please do NOT bid on this auction.
