vinyl = very shiny, like new but it's not, would be an EX grade except for one mark.
sleeve = very slight corner dings, small stain along bottom edge, small price sticker
includes insert

Media mail or first class shipping is $4.00 in the USA.
I will ship worldwide.  International buyers will pay exactly what it costs for 1st Class International plus $1...Wait for the invoice or contact me first to get rates.  The rates have gone up drastically for international, due to mismanagement of our postal service.  Expect to pay around $18...or you could pick it up at my house in NoWhere, Kansas.
I have run out of those fancy LP mailers (need to buy more records I guess) so this record will be sandwiched between to thick pieces of cardboard, if you are uncomfortable with that, well...

Not sure what this means but Ebay suggests that sellers add this to their listings:

Very Important: Words of warning, I live in a smoke filled, pet hair saturated environment...and I have bad breath.  So if you have any problems pertaining to cigarette smoke, dog or cat hair  or people with poor personal hygiene then consider that when your package arrives...

I sell old things most of which I have had since they were new but things are like people, even when they are taken care of, they deteriorate.
