Neil Diamond 20 Golden Greats (MCA 2G1)2 LP Box Set.

Extremely hard to find 2LP box set from 1978, Canadian only.

Box is M-. Looks like new, only defect I can see is a tiny rubmark on the very bottom edge of the box.

The gold vinyl versionof the record is VG+, looks like there are a few light hairline marks on it. I bought this new many years ago and never played it (this is how I got it). May have happened in the gold plating process, I don't know. I would not recommend playing this anyway. I am sure the sound quality is probablybad and playing it would destroy it quite quickly.

The otherstandardrecord that comes withthe box set is still sealed.

I have heard this was made to promote his 20 Golden Greats LP. I did buy this from a music rep so this makes sense. The box set consists of a regular issue of the lp which is sealed in the box, plus a GOLD PLATED copy of the lp.

This is actual GOLD PLATED and not just Gold Colored vinyl!!

This has to be one of the top Diamond collectibles from Canada, I have seen few copies of this around.
