Neil Young ~ 1972 ~ Time Fades Away ~ White Label Promo ~ MS 2151 ~ LP

Vinyl is Excellent Minus (see remarks below)
Exterior Cover Sleeve is Excellent Plus (very light wear to corners and edges, very light crease on the back at the bottom under "guests")
Interior Record Sleeve is M (brand new poly lined audiophile sleeve)

Vinyl has excellent color ~ there are some extremely light scuff marks and very surface marks, and one small 1/4 inch light scratch noted below
Side 1 has an extremely light scuff mark @ 11:00 in song one and two, a small 1/4 inch light scratch @ 2:00 in song one (I can feel this so it may lightly tick), and a tiny white speck @ 5:00 in song two: thought it does not appear as a needle drop, I can not come up with what else it could be
Side 2 has an extremely light scuff mark @ 2:30 to 3:00 and very light surface marks @ 6:30 and 8:00
Accordingly, I grade the vinyl Excellent Minus (the minus is due to the light 1/4 inch scratch noted)
