Neil Young    "Collector's Item"

This is a vinyl pressing from around 1971.       The labels have no company name and the record number : 91571 is only in the trail-off area.       It is a double album in a single pocket cover.      The first two songs are solo and acoustic and the rest is electric with Crazy Horse the backing band.         It was recorded in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 25th, 1970.           The labels are maroon with silver printing.          

The songs are : Sugar Mountain, Old Man Lying By The Side Of The Road/The Old Laughing Lady, The Loner, Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere, Winter Long, Introduction of Crazy Horse, Let's Go Downtown, I'm Wondering, It Must Have Been, Down By The River, Broken Arrow, I Am A Child, Helpless, On The Way Home, and See The Girl Dance.

Overall Condition is : Cover is VG /  Records are VG+ & VG

The cover is VG, with no writing and no seam splits.           There is ring wear and some seam wear.        The vinyl look VG+ and they play VG+, with light handling marks.    Side 4 has a big scuff ( that may have been done at the factory) that plays through fine.      The labels are clean with light spindle marks.      The records come in plain white inner sleeves.

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
