A definitive 1969 UK first pressing of Neil Young’s second studio album and his seminal debut with Crazy Horse. This copy represents the earliest possible production tier, featuring "1-1" lacquer cuts and the "1" mother number, confirming it was sourced from the initial metalwork at the Pye Records pressing plant. The vinyl carries the rare "KT" tax code and the original three-colour "steamboat" Reprise labels, which include the "Warner Bros. - Seven Arts" credit used only for the earliest runs. Unlike the US gatefold, this UK original is housed in the authentic Garrod & Lofthouse non-gatefold sleeve, featuring high-gloss front lamination, rounded flipback tabs, and the 934,895 patent number.
