MONEY BACK GUARANTY
Offered is the 1st Edition / Press of HARVEST by Neil Young in VG+ condition.  I'm the original owner.  The LP album was stored in a temperature controlled, smoke free environment and hasn't been played in over 20 years.  It is complete with special lyric fold out.  My friend who is a record collector rated the cover as VG+.  The cover is textured so there is some wear on the top and bottom edges.  The insert is in MINT condition.  The inner sleeve is VG+ condition, only issue is 1 1/2" split on bottom.  The vinyl is VG to VG+ as there are very minor surface scratches.   
Regardless if you are not satisfied for any reason simply return it for a full refund, less shipping costs.
