This item is a 45 rpm record made and released in Japan in 1976 on Reprise Records by Neil Young containing the songs 'Heart Of Gold' b/w 'Only Love Cab Break Your Heart'. Record label and number is Reprise Records P-114R. Record itself is in mint condition and has never been played. I'm the original owner and this album is from my personnel collection. 45 comes complete with its original loose picture sleeve / song lyric insert which is in near mint condition. Record comes housed in its original Warner Brothers / Pioneer company sleeve and its original clear plastic outer bag with a YSL Records sticker affixed to the outer bag (see photos).
