Appendices: "Original PS", “Company Sleeve" & “Promo White Label”
Description: This is scarce Japanese original PROMO copy ( released in 1976 ) of his original single, comin' with rare PS. The label is beautiful in white for promotional use. It's hard to find this item in any condition even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G+/EX- (Cover/Disc)
PS: PS is lightly creased & stained with minor spots on the surface of front & back, It’s torn short in the middle of left-rim with tape-mark. There’s also the tape-mark ( not tape itself ) in the middle of the right side. It has otherwise no tear, edge-wear, dent, strip & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has several slight scuffs on each side. It has light scrapes with minor stains on each label. It has none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "EX-”.
COMPANY SLEEVE: VG, which has short tape in the middle of left-rim, and its mark on that of right-side.
